Job Description

We're currently accepting applications for a Credit and Customer Service Team Leader to join our amazing team.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Train team members and new hires on effective customer interaction methods
  • Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction
  • Motivate team members to achieve desired results
  • Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (e.g. dialer and manual calls)
  • Work with customers to address and resolve questions and concerns
  • Manage and accurately document application and account details
  • Assist with internal audits as applicable

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or Credit experience (preferred)
  • Previous work experience in QA (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with Customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
