Vive Financial is searching for a Data Operations Specialist in Fayetteville, AR to join our team. This position is responsible for entering information supplied by other departments into the company’s computer system, completing daily processing tasks in a timely manner, following all quality assurance processes and procedure and other duties as required.   We are committed to ensuring that all Vive employees have a safe and healthy work environment, especially during the Coronavirus pandemic. As a result, this position is currently a work-from-home (temporary remote) position. Interviewing, onboarding and training will be a completely virtual experience!   What You'll Do: - Process reports and follow daily run sheets - Compare the cardholder data on the application against the production system and credit system. - Process debit card, paper checks, and online payments - Import payment files, handle payment images and any payment errors Minimum Qualifications: - High school Diploma or GED equivalent required - Proficient computer and typing skills - Ability to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously - Proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Exceptional attention to detail - Understand basic accounting principles of debits and credits - Must be able to prioritize, organize and complete tasks efficiently   Requirements for Temporary Work From Home: - Willing to work in our office once it is reopened (Vive Financial will follow the guidance of official public health and safety organizations and will ensure additional safety measures are implemented before reopening any location) - A designated home-based workspace (preferably one that is quiet and free from distractions) - Internet connection with internet service speeds of at least 15 mbps download and 15 mbps (we provide a $50 monthly stipend!) This role is responsible to ensure proper computer, software, and peripherals operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.   What You'll Do: - Field incoming help requests from end users via both the helpdesk portal and Support line, in a courteous manner - Build rapport and elicit problem details from help desk customers - Develop “how to” and instructional documentation for end users - Escalate issues as necessary and provide updates to the customer for desktop and application tickets - Document within the ticketing system, the request problem-solving process, including all communication with the customer, and actions taken, complete to final resolution. - Assist with maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's desktop hardware and software - Various tasks such as: deploying computers, replacing peripherals, installing software, maintaining inventory levels, and workspace setup - Facilitate logins, account support, and various other system administration duties. Minimum Qualifications: - Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience required - 2-3 years information systems experience required, including 1 year of experience working directly with PC hardware and software - Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment - Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the enterprise - Certifications (such as A+) a strong plus but not required - Basic understanding of ITIL, in particular ITSM - Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, balance and reach for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Vive Financial is searching for a Financial Analyst! Under direction, the Financial Analyst will compile and analyze various data points, with an emphasis on the construction of financial models. They will be responsible for analyzing financial trends to ensure dollars and cents, make sense. Understanding KPIs and modeling drivers is essential for this role.
